     Nello John (NJ) Pesci
     NJ is a true veteran in the insurance industry. His career spans over
     28 years of which 15 years is in teaching. He has held many positions
     including sales manager, regional manager, Sales VP and he has
     owned his own agency.

     John Goette
     John is a native of San Diego where he has taught bilingual
     (English/Spanish) Technology classes. As a member of the
     Brightance Team, he is currently translating our instructional
     material to Spanish and he will provide our training to the
     Hispanic community.

     Douglas Draper
     Douglas joined Brightance as a Training Specialist and co-authored
     all of our training material. He holds a variety of degrees and
     certifications specializing in business and has managed his own
     business consultancy.

     Chuck Bergstrom
     Chuck is also a "displaced Californian" who moved to Utah in 1995.
     With his professional background in tax and investments, Chuck will
     provide Series 6 and 63 pre-licensing training. His "street wise" experience
     collaborating with high-profile clients ensures the insider information you need!
